Real Forni, the Italian manufacturer of equipment for the bakery and pastry, has developed and updated its electric floor, ElettroReal oven. Research and new generation components gave a reduction of dimensions and consumption. Independent cooking from the other rooms allow a great flexibility of use, particularly for the precise adjustment of temperature sole and Arch; a floor is an oven. The quality of insulation and “smart” software make best use of the available energy, eliminate waste and reduce consumption. Other features include: the façade and all stainless dressing, a stainless steel hood motor, an oura by floor, a pendulum of Autostart and blocks to all stainless steel mist. A wide range of models is available as well as a lift/loading embedded in the front of the oven.
